Usually what happens when I workout 10 minutes in, okay 5 minutes in, I give up because I can’t keep up. I can’t breathe and I feel sore. Now that’s the sign that a workout is doing good and I’m burning calories but my endurance level is 0.
I found MoveMeFit a while ago and have a monthly subscription to their site, there is a FREE subscription available, if you’re interested in being invited leave your email in a comment or send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). They have a variety of workout videos sorted by activity and they have endurance videos available. So to start my New Year out right I’m going to try and help my endurance by starting with one endurance video a week and increase and things start to get easier.
I need to get over the fear of working out in front of people too. Anyone else have that fear? Even in front of Keith I hate the idea of working out, well gotta get over that. With Korey back at school I can do at least an hour workout between the time he’s gone and including time to take care of his brother if he needs cuddles.
Recently I found a womens only gym and I think the idea of that makes me more comfortable, so I’m going to try and check that out. Plus they offer their memberships in 3 month packages so paying ahead should make me realize where my money is and that I NEED to be using the gym.
