Iced coffee. One of summers best drinks, but who am I kidding as the site says I live off love and coffee. I could have iced coffee year round. Since I am learning how to perfect my iced coffee recipe I wanted to reach out to you lovely readers and share this deliciousness with you! Just don’t go bouncing off the walls, I am not liable for any damage 🙂

- 2 cups brewed coffee to your preferred strength
- 2-3 packages of Stevia or your preferred sweetener per serving
- 2-3 TBSP half-and-half or your preferred milk,creamer, etc.
- Ice
- Brew coffee as directed.
- Add sweetener and cream desired in beverage container that holds hot fluids.
- Pour coffee over sweetener and cream and stir.
- Put in fridge for up to an hour to reach cold temperature.
- Add ice or ice made from coffee to beverage and enjoy!
Very simple, perfect, delicious for a day that needs caffeine to be cooled. You can always use decaf coffee, if like me you are pregnant or just trying to cut down on caffeine intake. It’s great if you prep the coffee and put it in the fridge overnight and then just add ice in the morning when you wake up and no trip out of the house. Prepare a big batch for friends or to just keep yourself fueled all day!
You can also use syrups to sweeten the taste. I have yet to actually have a syrup sweetener in my kitchen to test out but I would really love to try and experiment with what I can do. Do you have any syrup favorites? I would love to hear recommendations.
Yummy! I will have to try this out. Thanks for the idea of using ice cubes made from coffee!
You’re very welcome! I haven’t tried it yet but I plan on making them soon and will probably use flavored coffee to give my coffee a yummy taste.

I use the brand Torani and i buy flavor the French Vanilla syrup, I think this brand out of the ones I have tried i like the best, You can find in some grocery stores or a liquor store also
I like that you are using Stevia in this Simple Iced Coffee drink! This is a really good iced coffee recipe and I would add some flavored creamer. This is so good to drink on a hot day! I am going to try this.
Thanks Julie! I have been doing my best to try and cut back some things right now while pregnant. I just switched to half and half last month, before I used flavored creamer but I may use a little flavored syrup to get a good taste back.

I never thought to pre-make my coffee so it’s ready for the morning… it would make my morning routine so much easier! And I’ve never tried Stevia- sounds like it tastes good in your iced coffee. Thanks for sharing!
This summer I’m hooked on caramel turtle iced coffee. Although perhaps too sweet for many, I do enjoy it immensely. I will try your recipe for iced coffee because even the picture makes me want one right this minute!
Love iced coffee. Especially during Texas Summers! Thanks for the recipe.

I do not drink iced coffee however I know my daughter in law loves it and she is coming over for Thanksgiving Dinner so I am going to surprise her and make it for her. I love my daughter in law!
This is a great caffeine delivery system! I think I’ll make some for tomorrow and use frozen coffee ice cubes to cool it – like a double shot – no watering down the caffeine.
i just discovered that i like iced coffee! it tastes so much different than hot coffee which i am not a fan of :/ ! thanks for the recipe!
Popping over from Monday Motivation =) your images look refreshing. Huge iced coffee fan but I have yet to make it myself. There’s a first time for everything!
