I’m part of the Netflix #StreamTeam . I have been given a year of Netflix streaming in exchange for my post. Netflix sent us legos to spark our imagination with.
New Lego Shows Come to Netflix #StreamTeam
Have you heard the news? There are 2 new lego based shows on Netflix! LEGO Bionicle and LEGO Friends are streaming on Netflix, one show about six heroes looking to fight the forces of evil and the other featuring five friends and their journeys together in friendship.
Growing up Keith was a big lego head, and still is! He’s constantly eyeing the Star Wars kits for legos waiting patiently for the kids to be old enough. It was a nice surprise when Netflix sent us two lego kits to play with in honor of the new shows.
Which one would be Korey’s favorite? Lego Friendship of course! One thing I really love about Netflix is the variety of shows that Korey has access to, which is why I let him create his own profile. I can see his interests and it gives great hints at what to get him for gifts.
It’s no surprise that Korey is all about a show that features friends, adventure and learning new things. He’s really quite the social kid, even though we are working on his appropriate socialization skills (SPD is really taking it’s toll in this department).
Shows like Lego Friendship give him a chance to see how to interact with friends, and it also makes for great questions after watching! It’s really helpful to gear him towards Kindergarten.
