Maximizing Your Affiliate Sales on ShareASale
Affiliate Sales Are NOT Scary
Repeat that a few times to yourself if you were like me a few years ago and feel that affiliate marketing is useless and there’s no way to make money from it. That is not the case, as I have proven myself wrong over the past year working with ShareASale.
Paid to Post
These affiliates I can confirm have sent newsletters with bonus opportunities. Usually these are quick blog posts you can do for $5-$50. Join a few of the affiliate sales programs below to get posts to write and start earning money.

Track What Your Readers Are Buying
When you first sign into the ShareASale dashboard you will notice on your right a fun pie chart of sorts. This allows you to see the past 30 days of sales, gross sales, commissionsand clicks. Use this to your advantage to see what your readers are buying or interested in. They don’t have a lot of time to shop, providing them with the items they want to see can allow for more affiliate sales your way and make your readers happy to know that you are giving them what they want to see.
Use Datafeeds, Newsletters and Links
Above is an example of some of the data feed I can gather from Julep, my top affiliate sales program. You simply type in the product you are looking for and you get a range of products from that affiliate and you can link with text, images or both. This is great to add into blog posts when you are talking about sales.
You can also view past newsletters if you missed any. When you select your affiliate to look at you will notice you can view banners/links and along those lines you will see newsletters. Clicking on this will let you see the latest newsletters they have sent out with any sales or commission information.
I looked at Affiliates for my blog, but have not taken the leap yet. Thanks for the information I will consider it a little more now.

I’ve been thinking about affiliate sales and see how it can help grow my website. I’d surely consider this one.
I LOVE ShareASale and do really well with them for affiliates. I find their site easy to navigate and get around. Some of the other sites are so hard to find anything.
I dabble with this from time to time, but it always gets pushed to the back burner! These are really good tips and tricks!
I really need to start using things like this to try and bring in a better income but I am so hesitant. I need to look more into and start working on it and see where it takes me!

I think I joined ShareASale sometime in the past, however, I have not paid much attention to it. Affiliate sales seems to be a great way to earn from our blogs and I thank you for explaining how it really works. I’d have to head on over to ShareASale again and see what opportunities they have to offer.
I am not successful with affiliate sales. The paid posts sound interesting. I will look more into this.

I’ve never been successful with affiliate sales. I’ve actually registered for ShareaSale years back but never got around to exploring it. Thank you for this. I’m going to check those links and see what I can do with mine.
No- I’m not very successful making money through affiliate sales. I think I have to work at it more though.
I use affiliate sales. However, I’ve never figured out how to make good money doing it.
I haven’t tried that shareasale although I have an account. I may take a look at it again.

Great post, I am starting to feel like affiliate sales ARE scary. Escalate, ShopHER (mysavings), etc. are so hard to make money from nowadays!

I was using share a sale for a while but never made money. Turns out I was just not doing it right. I recently joined some companies that I can promote on my site.

Thanks for the info! Affiliate income is one area that I really need to work on as I’ve kind of avoided it up until now. Sounds like Share-A-Sale makes it pretty easy!
I never ventured into affiliate sales, but I’ve written articles on how they work and have seen the range of payments that different companies offer. I didn’t know they offered bonus opportunities, though.
