Ingredients
  • ½ c butter
  • 1¼ c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ c milk
  • ½ pt. blueberries
  • ½ pt. stawberries
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar until light
  2. Add 2 eggs, one at a time beating after each addition
  3. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add to the creamed mixture, alternately with milk
  4. Crush ¼ c. blueberries and strawberries with a folk and mix in the batter
  5. Fold in the rest of the blueberries and strawberries
  6. Grease 12 muffin tins or 24 mini muffin tins and fill ¾ way
  7. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before removing.
