Preheat oven to 350F.Next add the garlic and milk to the cheese in a medium size sauce pan. Cook over low stirring often to prevent cheese from sticking. Once all the cheese is melted you can move onto the next step, usually melts in about 10 minutes. While your melting this you can start making the pasta! Forget to take a picture of that!
In a 8×8 glass pan add the pasta, pour over the cheese sauce DO NOT STIR! Next add your choice amount of mild cheddar over the top and a little mozzarella.Then add breadcrumbs over top. Cook at 350F for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
