Did you know that June 26th is National Chocolate Pudding Day? Kozy Shack does and they want to make this whole summer a time for pudding! To help celebrate I’ve made a delicious layered chocolate pudding crunch to share with the kids.
My boyfriend introduced me to the delicious goodness that is Kozy Shack pudding, once I tasted the chocolate pudding it was love at first bite! Our kids have texture issues with food so I wanted to create something that they would be able to enjoy, hence the crunchy at the bottom.
- Handful of your favorite crunchy cereal
- Chocolate pudding from Kozy Shack
- Vanilla flavored chocolate chips (color of your choice)
- Put the chips in the freezer until they are hard
- Layer your cup bottom with crunchy cereal
- Add heaping spoonfuls of Kozy Shack chocolate pudding
- Shave or slice the chocolate chips to add on top
The fact that Kozy Shack is made with simple ingredients, milk, eggs, sugar and rice with added delicious cocoa. No worries about what I’m feeding my kids since Korey has reactions to some artificial ingredients. Being able to contain myself from eating it straight out the tub can be a little bit of a hassle.
Kozy Shack chocolate pudding is also gluten-free, which is another plus for those who have to watch what they eat. I know that I would have a hard time keeping track of desserts and snacks that are restricted but Kozy Shack has your taste buds locked down.
Will you be joining me and celebrating the Summer of Pudding? Kozy Shack has a ton of ideas for you to make delicious pudding and be sure to follow along to see what the next pudding product is for next month! Yes, it really is the Summer of Pudding!
