Apple and Almond Butter Breakfast Sandwich
This apple almond butter breakfast sandwich is delicious and under 500 calories. A great breakfast option with protein to keep your going til lunch. It’s always important to make breakfast a must have daily. I’ve been doing my best to make sure that I plan it out weekly.
Now that Keith has a job he works odd hours sometimes, like 11pm-630am and is tired of course when he comes home. I tell him to go ahead and sneak in the bedroom and go to bed and I’ll get the kids up around 7am. Feeding the kids breakfast is easy, at least making it getting Korey to eat it is a chore.
Since I have started doing the workout schedule in Hot Body Year Round by Cassey Ho (blogilates, she is amazing and so inspiring I finally found a way to lose weight) I need to eat breakfast. I’ve said it before and you’ve heard it plenty of times that food is fuel for your body.
One way to keep myself going and full is a quick Apples with Almond Butter breakfast sandwich. It’s effortless, you can always change up the apple for taste and it’s a breakfast staple that I can never get sick of.
- 1 english muffin sliced in half
- ½ apple (your preference) sliced
- Almond butter
- Toast english muffin
- Spread desired amount of almond butter on both sides
- Add apple slices and enjoy
