Do you have something you just cannot leave your house without? After years of over packing my purse I have finally been able to trim down to the purse essentials I can’t live without.
When I was little I had such a problem with vitamins. My parents thought that I might catch on to taking them since my older brother took them no problem, but I wasn’t having it. Now as an adult I know how important vitamins are to me and finding them in a form that I like is easy with CentrumVitaMints.
These new Centrum VitaMints are adult multivitamins with a refreshingly minty taste you can take/enjoy any time of day with or without food or water. For someone who has a hard time getting around in the morning and is usually out the door before I even remember I forgot breakfast, it’s a relief knowing I can reach in my purse and chew on one of these non chalky vitamins. My local Walmart had these in the vitamin section, you will find them in a little blue box among other wonderful Centrum products.
Being self-employed I have to count on myself to work harder to find jobs and there are often late nights editing photos or brainstorming on how to give my readers what they need. With little sleep I know that my immune system needs a boost. Emergen-C Immune+ Chewables give me more healthy days, more healthy nights and keep me going for my kids and my business. They fit seamlessly in my purse to be used when I feel like I just need a little more.
Finding the Emergen-C Immune+ Chewables was a little difficult because I was looking where Emergen-C usually is. However, these are located in the Cold & Flu aisle and may be at the bottom of the shelf like I found mine.
Advil Tablet Vial
Along with late nights comes pain from sitting too long and pain when I need to be on my feet doing research all day. That’s why I like to have Advil tablet vials in my purse, and they have been a saving grace for my mother too! Coming in a pack of two I can split them with her, and when she forgets them at work I reach into my purse and help her with pain. Use Advil tablets for headaches, minor arthritis and other joint pain, muscle aches and pains of the common cold.
On your way out of Walmart to the checkout you should see these on your right along with the other travel/trial packs.
I am an avid coffee drinker and I tend to lick my lips a lot. Combine that with the weather Western New York has and I get chapped lips. Having a some ChapStick on hands helps to combat my cracking lips.
Sneezing, cleaning up a food covered kid, and fixing my makeup are all reasons I use to keep facial tissues in my purse. They are a must when you have little ones!
Now that I’ve shared my purse essentials, what are some of yours?
