The to-do list always includes my 8 hours of sleep and then I schedule appointments and family time and then figure out how much time I can devote to working.
Now that may not work for everyone if you do not work at home but you should still schedule your to-do list to include your sleep to feel more energized daily. After a week you will really start to notice the difference.
