If the stain isn’t gone the first time, repeat the process. This mixture is great for cleaning stains out of the fridge because it not only cleans, but sanitizes as well.

Change Out Your Furnace Filter and Write the Date on the New One
This is also a great time to change your furnace filter and write the date on the new filter so you’re not wondering when you need to change it. Invest in a good filter that filters out as many allergens as possible.
Give the Fridge a Thorough Cleaning
A thorough cleaning of your fridge is a job that will take a couple hours. First, you want to remove everything from the unit and toss anything you’re unsure about or has expired. Remove the drawers and shelves and clean thoroughly. Next wipe down the insides of the fridge with a mixture of vinegar and water. Lastly, make sure to clean the seal. This is a place where mold can build up and will need a good scrubbing.
Run the Self-Clean Option on Your Oven Early in the Day
Chances are you clean your oven more than once a year. However, if you follow steps to keep it clean, you may not need to. Either way, the self-clean option takes a long, long time. Make sure you start the process first thing in the morning so that you can use the oven later in the day.
Freshen and Clean the Microwave with a Mixture of Lemon Juice and Water
In a medium-sized bowl, mix an equal part of fresh lemon juice and water. Heat the mixture on high for 90 seconds and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, dip a cloth in the mixture and use it to clean away the stuck on dirt that will have loosened during the heating process.
Use a Cleaner Made Specifically for Dishwashers
Your dishwasher can’t get your dishes clean if it’s dirty. Purchase a dishwasher cleaner and follow the instructions to get your dishwasher clean and fresh.
Clean Out the Deep Freeze Completely
Once a year, you need to clean out your deep freeze completely. As you take out each item, have two boxes: Keep and Toss. You want to toss anything you’re not sure about. If you have a freezer that needs to be defrosted, now’s the time to do so. Put anything you plan to keep in your smaller freezer and remove the other items to the outdoor trash cans. Lastly, give the inside and outside a good cleaning with a mixture of water and vinegar to clean and sanitize the unit.
Do a Thorough Cleaning on Your Humidifier Before Putting It Away for the Season
